6. Do you deliver to my area?

We currently offer delivery within Vancouver. You can check if we deliver to your area by entering your postal code during the checkout process. If we do not currently deliver to your area, please contact our customer support team for further assistance.

7. What are your delivery days and times?

We offer twice-weekly deliveries on Monday and Friday. The exact delivery times may vary depending on your location and the volume of orders. You will receive a notification with the estimated delivery time once your order is confirmed.

8. What is your refund policy?

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. Please refer to our refund policy for more information.

9. Do you sell your products in grocery stores?

Yes, we also sell our ready-to-eat products in select grocery stores. You can find our products in the some local stores in Vancouver. Please check with your local grocery store for availability.
